Are you a stressed out? Do you worry too much? Are you overwhelmed? Are your shoulders as tight as rocks? Most of us have some sort of stress in our lives and if you are anything like me, there is a lot of it! (Pay the bills, get the kids to school on time, go to work, pick up the kids, go to the grocery store, go home and make dinner, and don’t forget the laundry!
